A Setmark bathroom is a tightly-run two-week program. Site & design and strip-out happen in week one; waterproofing, tiling and fit-off complete in week two.

Demolition, disposal, structural make-good. Plumbing and electrical rough-in, substrate prepared.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A Setmark bathroom is delivered as a tightly-run two-week program. Week one covers site & design and the full strip-out and rough-in; week two covers waterproofing, tiling, and fit-off through handover. We give you a fixed program with the quote, and daily progress updates while we're on site.

Do I need to be home during the build?

No — most clients aren't. We work with a key, a lockbox, or whatever security setup suits you. You'll have one point of contact who answers messages the same day.

Can I supply my own tile and fixtures?

Yes, and many clients do. We're happy to install your selections, or to specify and supply on your behalf — we have trade relationships across Adelaide and can usually beat retail.

What if you find problems during the strip-out?

Genuine surprises (asbestos, hidden rot, undersized framing) get flagged before we touch them, with a clear quote for the fix. We never proceed on extras without sign-off — and we never invent them.

What does the lifetime guarantee cover?

Every Setmark install carries a written workmanship guarantee for as long as the building stands. If anything we installed fails (grout cracks, silicone splits, waterproofing leaks), we come back and fix it at our cost.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed, public liability and workers' comp current, and every trade on site holds their own ticket. Paperwork is available on request.
